Many say life begins at 40, that was 2009 for me! I was born in ’69 in Poole in Dorset & now live in the UK’s premier resort of “Bournemouth” on the south coast of England with my passionate Brazilian wife of 18 years Dede, our bi-lingual daughter & our crazy rabbit “Coco loco”.

I am grateful that my sister & I were nurtured in a loving & caring family. My father is from Dublin, Ireland & was the owner of his own business before retiring early due to stress; my mother is from an old “Bournemouthian” family & was a hairdresser until she  retired in her late 20’s with severe arthritis.

My wife Denise & I are passionate people, since reading The One Minute Millionaire I have had a burning desire to take responsibility for my life & aspire to become an Enlightened Entrepreneur, building sustainable businesses that create life enhancing win-win benefits for everyone. My vision is to create a business that educates & empowers people to take responsible action to manifest more health & abundance in their lives. I am committed to the spirit of KAISEN or CANI as Anthony Robbins terms it “Constant and Never Ending Improvement”, hopefully inspiring people to Be, Do, Have & Give more.

We firmly believe that Passion is key & clarity is power, by helping people obtain clarity about their passions & desires & their what & why, they can then focus on taking  responsibility for their actions become concious creators & shape their destiny with amazing results. I whole heartedly recommend the Passion Test to anyone who wants more clarity & definitely more passion in their life. I was so pleased with the book, that I actually contacted & met the co-author & fellow TM practitioner Janet Bray Attwood in London in 2009 & decided to become PT facilitator myself  in February 2010.

On a personal note having worked long hours & very hard in the past, we value & desire to create peace of mind,  more free time to enjoy magic moments, share our gifts with the world & enjoy life’s journey with our loved ones. We love travelling the world seeing the abundance of nature & connecting  with friends old & new.

We also enjoy the simple & precious things in life, like sharing quality time with our daughter & cherished ones, enjoying our local natural environment, playing sports & contributing more to others with coaching & or supporting local charitable events.

We are learning that being grateful & giving our gifts with an open heart, high on intention & low on attachment is one of the key’s to a fulfilling life.

As a sports enthusiast I love Racket ball & in 2008 completed a 24hr Racket ball marathon for The Mac Millan Cancer Trust, I play Tennis & fair weather Golf & aspire to be a single figured handicapper within 18 months. In the winter my daughter & I love to Ice skate & we adore Skiing in the Alps together as a family.

Inspite of a serious business set back in 2005 when I became a “victim of crime” & as a consequence lost approximately £400,000, I became quite introspective & thought “Why & how did  that happen to me”. Consequently, I became even more curious about the laws of “success” & learned from Anthony Robbins & others that success leaves clues & there was actually a Science of Achievement & Art to Fulfilment.

“Everything happens for a reason & it serves us” I believe is a well known presupposition within the world of NLP {Neuro Linguistic Programming} & I now realise that my so called set back, was actually a wake up call from the Universe!! So it gave me the opportunity to start over…re-think my values, goals & strategy for my life.

I decided I must do things differently & re-train my mind, I attended UPW {Unleash The Power Within} in London where I even became a “fire walker” & my passion for learning profound knowledge & self mastery literally re-ignited.

Several £1000’s in books & attending courses later with outstanding leaders including, Napoleon Hill, Anthony Robbins, Keith Cunningham, Robert Kiyosaki, Janet Bray Attwood, Mark Victor Hanson & Robert Allen as well as receiving regular life & business coaching & I am making great progress towards my personal & business goals.

I have spent time focusing on reducing exposure to non income producing property liabilities, reducing any bad debt & focusing on finding a sustainable on-line business opportunity that educates & mentors, adds massive value, even in a recession, is highly leveraged & has the opportunity to subsidise, replace & generate residual income.

Chasing money,  rather than designing a life!

Fondly, I recall my parents encouraging me to “be positive, be grateful to God, do your best, get a qualification & if you want to be “rich” work for yourself, as they held a belief that you never get rich working for anyone else. Of course, it’s reasonable advice, however, how do you learn how to, without making costly mistakes?

Between the age of 6 & 17 years, I put in a good effort & mostly enjoyed both private, boarding & state school education. Honestly, I was definitely more street-wise than school smart & left school with just a few O levels & 2 A levels & rather disillusioned with academia, so I joined the “University of Life” intent on becoming a self made property millionaire in my twenties, which turned out to be much tougher than I had ever imagined.

Remembering that I was once told that the “smart peoples money is in bricks & mortar” I decided at 18 years to get into property & become a Real Estate Agent with a top firm. I then progressed into New homes marketing, financing & sales. At 21, after working hard rather than smart as a New Homes Sales Manager my dream seemed impossible.

However, I was making some progress, as I had now got myself into debt with a large mortgage & purchased my first 6 bed detached home & income property & was earning £45,000 per annum made up of basic & commissions. Much more significantly, I also got married to a lovely “Girl from Ipanema”, so as you might imagine I felt quite successful!! Not for long though…as soon after, my world was turned on its head as the UK property market crashed & as one of the youngest & highest paid sales managers, I was made redundant {which I now view as a blessing}.

Not wanting another job, as I didn’t want to be Just Over Broke any longer, I spent 6 months as a self employed Broker with Norwich Union Aviva learning about investments & insurance. After working all hours selling & then doing compliance administration I felt very certain that there had to be more to life than attending meetings, travelling, sales targets and mixing with synical commission hungry brokers, {now I know why they call them a Broker … they are normally broker than all the investors they are advising!!} . I was not satisfied with my lot – just “trading my time for money” – & acting like a wage slave!! I certainly did not like the corporate B.S. {Belief System’s} especially having to do more, work longer hours, for less & less reward & recognition.

So, at only 21, I obtained sponsorship from the Princes Youth Business Trust & set up my first home based business & my niche was a client focused property search business under the supervision of a gracious PYBT business mentor. By choice, my wife & I have been self employed in the property world ever since. Wishing to leverage our earning potential & optimise our tax position, we specialised in optioning land & property, planning, development, new homes marketing & sales, and we lived very well until February 2005. We have purchased and sold millions of pounds of real estate & developed numerous splendid homes.

Like most aspiring entrepreneurs there have been various ups & downs & in particular, in 2005 I reported my 50 year old co director to the fraud squad for false accounting & theft. Our well respected company ceased trading & I chose to hand over the keys to our Bank’s receivers, {PWC}, we lost operating control of our £7,000,000 land & property portfolio & unfortunately, I also lost my entitlement to my 50% share of profit, estimated at £500,000 for 2005.

As a result, in spite of threats from angry trade creditors & the distraction of two on-going legal battles against my co director, I have managed to rebuild my business life & most importantly keep my family positive & maintain a six figured £100,000 plus income to provide for a reasonable lifestyle, plus educate myself with new skills.

Consequently these mistakes in business have provided me with some invaluable learning opportunities & I now really understand the concept of  ”there is no failure, only feedback”!

To conclude this chapter in my life ,after 3 years of defence designed delays, I finally gave evidence for the prosecution in court in Sept 2009 & my co director was found unanimously guilty.

Whilst I do have interests in & consult to companies that do trade in property as it can be very profitable, it is extremely challenging at the moment & I decided to switch my focus & invest more of my time & resources into an expanding world wide market & a more “system dependent” scalable business model that can produce multi streams of  recession proof  leveraged & even residual income.

I first came across the concept of Mastermind groups when I read Think & Grow Rich by Napolean Hill, many of the greatest leaders, inventors & millionaires participated in & utilised the psychic power of masterminding. As a member of several outstanding Mastermind groups, I believe I have access to some great mentors, minds & resources, as of course “None of us is as smart as all of us. “

Success & Mentoring:

In my humble opinion, success leaves clues & the quickest & most effective way to manifest success, is to learn the laws & model successful proven mindsets & methods from a team of mentors. In doing so you leverage your time, learn fast & hopefully avoid making costly mistakes. I have always believed that what you do is important, however, through recent mentoring I now believe the why & how you do something is even more important.
